Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed only when we send a formal order confirmation email to your provided address. We reserve the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:
  • Stock shortages (for non-custom Pet Toys, Cozy Cushion Pads, or Pet Clothing).
  • Pricing errors (e.g., incorrect sale prices on petpalshub.shop due to technical glitches).
  • Incomplete or inaccurate pet size information (for Pet Clothing/Cozy Cushion Pads—we will contact you to confirm details before canceling).
  • Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment information, duplicate orders with the same shipping address).
Payment Terms
  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement to secure your pet’s items.
  • For large orders (over $200), we offer split payment options via PayPal Pay in 4 (see petpalshub.shop checkout for details).
  • Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers—we never store or access your full payment details.
Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate, detailed descriptions of our Pet Toys, Cozy Cushion Pads, and Pet Clothing (materials, sizes, safety features) and high-quality product images. However, minor variations may occur:
  • Color Differences: Screen resolution and lighting can cause slight color variations (e.g., “Navy Pet Clothing” may appear darker/lighter in person).
  • Fabric Variations: Small differences in Cozy Cushion Pad softness or Pet Toy stitching are normal in batch production and not considered defects.
  • Size Variations: Pet Clothing sizes may have a 0.5–1” tolerance (to account for pet comfort)—always refer to the size chart for exact measurements.
We are not liable for minor discrepancies between product images and the received item, but we will work with you to resolve significant issues (e.g., wrong fabric type for a Cozy Cushion Pad).
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) you ordered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including (but not limited to) pet injury from improper use of Pet Toys (e.g., letting a small pet play with a large-breed toy), damage to furniture from Cozy Cushion Pads, or additional costs from return shipping for size errors.
Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business practices (e.g., updated Pet Toy safety standards) or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on petpalshub.shop, and your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
