Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time (see FAQ for future plans).
Order Processing Time
- Standard Items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, U.S. federal holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day).
- Custom Items: Custom Pet Clothing or personalized Cozy Cushion Pads require 3–5 business days of processing (to confirm details) before shipping.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships (tracking is available for all U.S. orders via the carrier’s website).
Delivery Issues
- Lost/Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline or marked as “delivered” but not received:
- Check your shipping address for accuracy (including apartment numbers or unit codes).
- Contact the shipping carrier (via the tracking link) to inquire about delivery status.
- If unresolved, email back.tux_57@icloud.com with your order/tracking number—we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (if needed) at no cost.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: We are not liable for lost/delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Double-check your address at checkout—changes can only be made within 24 hours of order placement.
